Thanks to its catalytic technology, it delivers a highly efficient, cleaner burn—better for both your fuel bills and the environment. You can load it from the top, and the cast iron top plate doubles up as a handy cooking surface, perfect for boiling a kettle or slow-simmering a casserole.

The stove is thermostatically controlled, keeping your room comfortably warm without constant adjustment. An airwash system helps keep the glass clear, so you can enjoy an uninterrupted view of the flames, and a large ashpan makes cleaning out quick and easy.

Styled with classic 19th-century Vermont charm and DEFRA approved for use in smoke control areas, the Intrepid II combines traditional design with thoughtful, modern functionality. It takes logs up to 410mm, has a burn time of up to six hours, and offers both top and rear flue exit options for flexible installation.
