From visiting the showroom to completion of the works the whole process was excellent. They inspired confidence that all works required to fit our stoves would be included, and it was, and we were given lots of advice and information to help us make our choices. The work was carried out very efficiently with great attention to detail. All efforts were made to minimise disruption and dust, and we were kept advised of the sequence of the tasks being carried out. We were very impressed with all aspects of the installation and welcomed the advice given by the installer on best practice for operating our stoves initially and in the future.

The operative from Stovesman worked incredibly hard and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our media wall. Surprised that no site visit was made beforehand to check the job details. Sometimes a bit slow to respond to messages. On the whole a really good job at a competitive rate.

He was friendly, polite and treated the property with respect. He instructed us in how to operate the stove.
