The Ecostove Non Combustible Heritage Beam combines the authentic appearance of an aged oak fireplace beam with the advanced fire-resistant properties of cast beams. Designed to recreate the character of an ancient timber beam, this substantial fireplace beam features deep grain patterns and realistic natural detailing, making it an impressive finishing touch for stove chambers, inglenook fireplaces and feature fireplaces.

Manufactured from a high-density mineral composite, the Ecostove Heritage Beam is non-combustible and will not ignite when exposed to heat and flames. This makes it a practical alternative to a traditional timber beam where stove clearances are restricted. Focus Fireplaces recommends a minimum clearance of 250mm above a 5kW stove and 350mm above a 7kW stove, subject to the specific appliance and installation requirements.

The Heritage Beam is moulded from natural timber to reproduce the irregularities and distinctive character of a genuinely aged oak beam. Each beam is then hand-painted using a water-based paint system, giving it a realistic finish while allowing the natural-looking grain and ageing details to remain prominent.

Available in a choice of Pale Oak, Mid Oak, Burnt Oak, Weathered Oak and Honey Oak, the Heritage Beam can complement both traditional and contemporary fireplace designs. As each beam is cast from an individual timber mould, the exact grain and character will vary, helping to give every beam its own unique appearance.

Easy-Fix Installation System

The Easy-Fix bracket system is included as standard, providing a secure and practical method of mounting the beam to the wall. The substantial bracket is supplied with plugs and screws and is designed specifically to simplify the installation of heavier beams.

Once the bracket has been securely installed, the beam is fixed from underneath using an Allen key. The Easy-Fix system also allows the beam to be removed more easily when required, such as for redecoration.
