The ICID Plus 125mm Increasing Adaptor 98mm is a starting component designed to connect a 98mm appliance outlet or flue pipe to the ICID Plus 125mm twin wall flue system. With a compact height of 65mm, it provides a neat and efficient transition at the base of the installation. The plain stainless steel finish ensures durability and a clean, professional appearance.
This adaptor is part of the ICID Plus twin wall flue system, which is engineered for advanced corrosion resistance and long term performance. The system features a laser welded 316L stainless steel inner liner and a stainless steel outer casing. It is insulated with 25mm of high density rockwool to help maintain flue gas temperatures, improve efficiency, and support reliable appliance operation.
All ICID Plus components connect using a twist lock bayonet jointing system and are secured with a locking band for a strong and stable fit. The inclusion of a rubber joint seal makes the system suitable for use with condensing and biomass appliances.
The ICID Plus twin wall insulated chimney system is suitable for open and closed stoves operating at temperatures up to 450°C. The outer casing is load bearing, allowing the inner liner to expand independently and safely manage thermal expansion at every joint within the system.
