Schiedel 5″ (125mm) ICID Plus Adjustable Pipe Seal Kit
The ICID Plus 125mm Adjustable Pipe Seal Kit is a required component for all adjustable pipes in condensing flue applications. It ensures a secure, airtight seal at each joint, maintaining system efficiency and safe operation.
This seal kit is part of the ICID Plus twin wall flue system, which is engineered with advanced corrosion resistant construction. The system features a laser welded 316L stainless steel inner liner and a stainless steel outer casing for long-term durability. It is insulated with 25mm of high-density rockwool to maintain flue gas temperature, maximise efficiency, and reduce condensation.
All components connect using a twist lock bayonet jointing system and are secured with a locking band. The rubber joint seal in this kit ensures compatibility with condensing and biomass appliances.
The ICID Plus twin wall insulated chimney system is suitable for open and closed stoves operating at temperatures up to 450°C. The load-bearing outer casing supports the structure while allowing the inner liner to expand independently, safely accommodating thermal expansion at every joint.
