The Thermorossi Margherita Evo Wood Burning Cooker in Bordeaux ceramic is a beautifully crafted, high-performance kitchen stove that combines traditional Italian design with modern heating technology. Thanks to the patented PANEPIZZA® system, a single large front door conceals two independent ovens—allowing you to precisely control cooking temperatures. The upper oven can reach up to 400 °C, while the lower oven operates at around 350 °C, thanks to a dedicated flue path. Both ovens feature soapstone (lava stone) bases and their own thermometers, enabling true artisan cooking right in your home.

The cooking surface is made from smooth cast iron and includes a double ring of cast-iron cooking rings for versatile stovetop use. Under the surface, a spacious cast-iron firebox (36 × 30 × 45 cm) provides excellent heat retention and long-lasting performance. You can finely tune combustion using primary, secondary, and tertiary air controls, and the large loading door (28 × 27 cm) makes refuelling easy. Secondary air modulation ensures clean, effective burns, and there’s also a starter to make lighting simpler.

The Margherita Evo’s flue outlet supports both top and rear installation, offering flexibility in kitchen layout. Additional practical touches include a large drawer for tools or logs, a removable ash tray, and enamelled cast-iron feet for stability and a classic look. With a heatable area of up to 109 m², this cooker is strong enough to warm large spaces while providing full cooking functionality. The Bordeaux ceramic finish adds a touch of elegance, making this stove not just a heating appliance, but a timeless piece of kitchen design.
