The ICID Plus 150mm Ventilated Fire Stop Round is a G50 ventilated fire stop and support plate designed for installations where a reduced clearance to combustibles is required. It allows the clearance to be reduced from the standard 60mm to 50mm and is suitable for use within floor spaces as well as within shafts, enclosures, or boxing in applications. This component helps ensure compliance while maintaining safe airflow and structural support around the chimney system.
The ICID Plus twin wall flue system is manufactured with advanced corrosion resistant construction. It features a laser welded 316L stainless steel inner liner combined with a durable stainless steel outer casing for long term reliability. The system is insulated with 25mm of high density rockwool to help maintain flue gas temperature, improve draft performance, and maximise efficiency.
All components connect using a secure twist lock bayonet jointing system and are fixed in place with a locking band. A rubber joint seal is included, making the system suitable for use with condensing and biomass appliances.
Designed as a twin wall insulated chimney system, ICID Plus is suitable for use with both open and closed stoves operating at temperatures up to 450°C. The load bearing outer casing supports the chimney structure while allowing the inner liner to expand independently, accommodating thermal expansion at every joint.
