Delivering a 5kW nominal heat output with an impressive 82.5% efficiency rating, the BakeChef provides comfortable warmth while making the most of every log. Built exclusively for wood burning, it features advanced combustion technology, including a patented Tertiary Air system, which promotes cleaner burning, improved efficiency and reduced emissions.
The spacious stainless steel cooking plate accommodates pans measuring up to 28–32cm, making it ideal for boiling, frying and simmering. Alongside the firebox sits a generous integrated oven, capable of accepting full-size bakeware and roasting dishes, giving you the flexibility to bake, roast and cook with authentic wood-fired flavour.
Large airwashed viewing windows on both the firebox and oven provide an excellent view of the flames and cooking process, while the powerful airwash system helps keep the glass cleaner for longer. Separate air control sliders allow independent adjustment of the combustion air and oven temperature, giving you greater control over both heating and cooking performance.
Constructed with durable stainless steel handles, trims, ash pan and fixings, the BakeChef is built to withstand years of regular use. For installations where additional clearance reduction is required, optional Flue Heatshield and Firebox Heatshield accessories are available.
