Schiedel 6″ (150mm) ICID Plus Starter Pipe – 1200mm Long
This starter pipe/adaptor was designed to allow for a connection between a Prima Smooth system and Eco ICID twinwall.
The ICID Plus twin wall flue system is engineered for advanced corrosion resistance and reliable long-term performance. It features a laser welded 316L stainless steel inner liner and a stainless steel outer casing, ensuring durability in all applications. The flue is insulated with 25mm of high-density rockwool to maintain optimal flue gas temperature, maximise efficiency, and reduce condensation.
Components are joined using a twist lock bayonet jointing system and secured with a locking band, providing a strong, stable installation. A rubber joint seal ensures compatibility with condensing and biomass appliances.
Designed for open and closed stoves operating at temperatures up to 450°C, the ICID Plus system has a load-bearing outer casing that allows the inner liner to expand independently, safely accommodating thermal expansion at every joint. This combination of design, insulation, and construction delivers a high-performance, long-lasting flue solution.
